recently stayed for one night, 2 adults and 2 children.
close enough to Legoland although it took well over an hour to get off Legoland car park it made it feel further, no fault of the hotel but to bare in mind with tired children
very prompt and polite check in.
room decor as per other premier inns, clean and adequate. very warm though and the fan provided did little to cool room down.
beds ok put have slept in comfier beds in a premier inn but kids slept well
lady on reception Joanne was very helpful and went out of her way to offer advise for our day trip into London.
beefeater attached was very slow at service. even witnessed people leave the pub to go back to their rooms as food wasn't brought soon enough and children too tired to wait any longer.
overall: good location for Lego land and to catch a train into London, approx 5 min walk to nearest train station and could leave the car at the premier inns car park with no additional cost

The premier Inn are on the whole manned by well trained professional staff. Certainly all the staff at Bagshot were decent and polite.
My moan is with room 206...its at the top of the hotel and has the eaves in the room..
Being at the top its HOT HOT HOT... and facing the road NOISY NOISY NOISY
pick a room at the back..
We did not have and evening meal- we did have breakfast and although expensive it was well cooked with plenty of choices.. The buffet likewise was clean and well presented...Breakfast staff were excellent

Stayed 2 nights for a family get together. Great comfortable rooms and very good breakfast. Service was good and the reception staff very nice. The only thing I would say, try and get a room on the back due to road noise.

Spent two nights at Bagshot Premier inn, spent the day at Blenheim Palace and then drove to Bagshot - stayed two nights, with 2 days at LEGOLAND the reason.

Hotel is in a great location for LEGOLAND - about 15 minutes drive away.

The hotel has very friendly staff, all the amenities you expect from Premier Inn, and the attached Beefeater inn offers a reasonable choice of food at very good prices.

This is the second time we have stopped at the Hotel, and we were actually in the exact same room - very clean and comfortable.

I think the Premier Inn chain has a rolling refurbishment programme, and I think Bagshot premier inn is probably getting near to the top of the list - but the quality of the Hotel is fine, maybe just needs a paint job !

You can not really fault the whole Premier Inn chain, and the Bagshot hotel is up there as one of the best.

We used this hotel as a base for a friend's wedding and we were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly, and service for dinner (Beefeater) was good and the food was very nice, both had sirloin steak done to our choice and very tender. Breakfast's were good we had both the continental and cooked over our stay. The room was very spacious and comfortable, we did have a room over the back of the hotel overlooking the cricket ground, unfortunately we did have the air con units on the roof by us and as it was the hottest night for 7 years they were going full blast, so we had to close the windows, but there was a fan in the room which we could have used, so no complaints. No problems recommending a stay here.
