“One of the worst premier inns I have stayed in”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 10, 2012

We were given one of the rooms on the second floor. The landing has no heating and was very cold, the room was very small. The lights had cobwebs on them and the desk had partially drilled holes in it. The bathroom fan had the filter hanging out and was filthy and to top it all the bathroom handle fell off! A hole in the bathroom wall was badly patched up as were cracks in the roof. We were given our money back as part of the good night sleep guarantee and reception were very helpful in the morning otherwise by far the worst hotel I have stayed in all year.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms on the 2nd floor

The hotel is easy to find, has comfort and a good price. Staff is friendly and there is a lot of parking space. The room is big and clean. Bathroom is clean and big enough. Would surely be going again for this hotel and/or recommend it to others. The minor point was the temperature outside the room; very cold! Maybe because of saving money/better for the environment, but not nice to walk around in the hotel without a jacket.

had a great stay here, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, close to tourist attractions. Staff posted a item left in the room upon request. Wasnt expecting them to be so helpful. Had a great breakfast, kids loved theirs too. Made use of free 30 mins of wi fi which was perfect for checking emails.

I recently stayed on two seperate occasions in this budget hotel and was very pleasantly surprised by how good it was. On both occasions I had a room on the top floor. The staircase is narrow so reach this floor so I wouldn't recommend this if you have any issues with mobility but the rooms were excellent. The first one I used (202) was a large room was very quiet. The second one (201) was slightly smaller and slightly noisier as it faced out onto the main room, but neither was noisy enough to disturb my sleep.
On both occasions I chose to eat in the attached Beefeater Pub which was excellent value for a 3 course meal and breakfast the next day. The food for my evening meal was tasty and plentiful and I enjoyed my meal. However, the Premier Breakfast the next morning was excellent one of the best cooked hotel breakfasts I've had for a long time. This was because it was cooked to order and not a festering hot buffet. I got a breakfast exactly how I enjoy it and this was a fabulous start to my day.
The service in both the restaurant and the hotel was good and attentive and the rooms were clean and spacious. The price was around £100 on each occasion including my meals which was very good value. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone staying in Bagshot and would use it again.

Room Tip: Recommend rooms on the top floor, especially 202 for a large room and a quiet nights sleep.

Just spent two nights at the premier Inn Bagshot perfect location for us to visit family, service from every member of staff that we came into contact with was first class nothing was to much trouble the room was slightly smaller than the normal premier inn rooms but perfect none the less, spotlessly cleaned and serviced only small gripe wi-fi in the room was a bit hit and miss but this was probably just our room location but something the hotel need to address, The highlight of our two day visit was the beefeater attached to the Inn we ended up eating in the restaurant not only for breakfasts which were first class but also on both nights for our evening meals, the service we received from Maz on the first night was amazing so much so we asked if she was working the following night so that we could book a table in her area sadly she was not working on our second night however we were served by Dennis on our second night and the guy was just fantastic both members of staff a real credit to the company.

We will return

John & Yvonne

Went down to Surrey to play with my old golf society at 'Blue Mountain'. Whilst the golf was great value, we had to move on to another hotel later in the week and so wanted as cost effective a first couple of nights as possible.
Having stayed at a Premier Inn previously and been impressed, decided to give them a chance to get it wrong.......can't always be good value with really nice rooms...........can it?

Apparently it can !! Great room, generously proportioned. Nice bathroom that was extremely well maintained and clean.
The bed was comfortable with well laundered sheets and duvet cover. It was a bit chilly, but no problem, we just cranked up the thermostat and on came the heater.

The guy on reception was like a ray of sunshine, very smiley and chatty.

We had one problem in that we only had one set of towels............'smiley and chatty' fixed it in an instant with profuse apologies.

This time, mainly through laziness, we ate in the on site Beefeater. Not having been in a Beefeater for twenty years but expecting much, we were pleasantly surprised. Hot, good value food served by nice staff.
We missed breakfast the next morning due to a FEB at the golf course. On the second morning we opted for the continental breakfast and had cereal with fruit and yoghurt, toast, croissant, orange juice, tea.........as much as you wanted and all for £5:50 each.........fill your wellies!!

Great standard maintained well done Premier.

Room Tip: We could see cars going past on the nearby road but could barely hear them in our room. Not sure you...

Fantastic one night stay before a day trip to Legoland. Our room was great, no problems at all and suited our family completely. The restaurant next door is great and such good value for a family meal, we ate there for our evening meal and it was a lovely start to our break. Definitley stay here, it's great!!!!!!!
