Stayed two nights and didn't sleep a wink. The room was larger than many I've stayed in and recently refurbished. The staff were friendly, but I was given a room over the bar facing the very busy A30. The double glazing didn't really drown out much of the noise and the bar noise came straight up through the floor.

The hotel is popular so I couldn't move room. A bit awkward to get at from the M3, but I can see the attraction for the local attractions. If staying on business you need a decent night's sleep so room 125 is very much one to avoid.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms facing the side car park. So rooms 109, 115-118 would seem a good bet. There are reata...

If it wasn't for the stupid fan/ventilater thing outside. It was on all night, went through stages of banging in periodical movements so just when you thought it stopped and you settled - you would be awake 15-30 mins later when the banging started again. Don't stay in room 122!!! I don't know what other rooms would be affected. It's a shame though because the room itself is amazing. Big, spacious and comfortable. Out of one window there is the nice view of the beer garden but the other is the fans.

Thank you for your review.

It really matters to us that our guests have a comfortable nights sleep, and we sincerely apologise that on this occasion we failed to provide this. Please be assured that we will investigate the issue of this extractor fan and see if we can improve the noise issues caused.

We hope to welcome you back in the future.

This Premier inn was situated on a busy road, not much good for dog owners, but was very convienient for windsor and the surrounding area. Naturally being where it is room prices are very high, but we managed to get the room for a very reasonable £39 which was very good, including breakfast for two adults and children which was served in a beefeater attatched directly to the hotel. The room was standard with double bed, two singles, good sized bathroom and a view of the local cricket pitch.

we had a very enjoyable stay at the premier inn, while the room was a little on the warm side that was more to do with the thundery weather and not over heating in the room via the heater. we all had very comfortable beds and it was very clean and tidy. the breakfast was very good although our baked beans were missing, still all said and done we will recommed it and will return to stay there in the future.

Room Tip: we overlooked the cricket pitch but were too close to the restaurant with its air cons on all night...

A great place to stay if you wish to do all the parks Legoland, Thorpe park and Chessington, great staff, accomodation and food, will be back in the future.

Room Tip: On second floor near to side a bit of a/c unit noise but not much to worry about.

If you are on your way to Legoland it's just the ticket for off site accommodation, accessable and just the right size to. E comfortable, the beefeater restaurant is a cut above the usual premier inn.

There were four of us each having our own double room for a one nights stay, i booked it online which was very quick & easy to do, plenty of free parking out the front & back of the hotel which is great, the rooms were very big, clean (if a little tired looking) but i was more than happy with it. The staff were very good indead from the girl on the reception desk to the housekeeping ladies. We had breakfast the next morning which was great lots of choice, & as much as you wanted for £7.99 & in my mind that was VFM (i really enjoyed the full english)
we paid £39 for the room each & the other three guys said that they would be more than happy to stay here again, & so would i.
