The worst part of our Pennyhill Trip - waiters are rude and seem to be more interested in standing round in groups watching guests rather than serving you (quite a few people say the same in their reviews of the hotel).
I will never understand why waiters who work in luxury hotels (usually underperforming luxury hotels) think they are above the guests, it is something you only get at certain types of hotels (for instance the four seasons hotels around the world would not have this sort of behavour, nor would the savoy or clarridges).
I would like to go back to the hotel, shame this is the only option for a drink. Note if you are unlucky you could also find the bar packed with the rowdy England rugby team.
