This was the first time i had visited, not being a theme park fan, but our kids had seen the tv ads, so we went for the day. We paid £20 each online, saving £16 each on the gate price. I do think it's a bit cheeky charging £3 for parking, mind you. We got there as the park was opening and first impressions were good, clean and tidy and everything well spaced out. The kids headed straight for a ride, no queue at that time of day. In fact i think they only had to wait for 10 minutes max all day. We ate lunch at the burger bar..£22 for a family meal and a darn sight better than McDonalds. My husband is a wheelchair user so could not go on the rides but we did go on the little train which was ok..the staff were very helpful. The little zoo seemed a bit sad...shame to have one chimp all on his own (ditto big cats) and he looked a bit stressed (actually he looked psychopathic!!). The reptile house was very clean and looked well maintained.
On the whole, we enjoyed our day, although my only beef with this and all these places, i wish there was a reduction for people who don't actually go on any of the rides. The kids loved it and i'm sure we will revisit
