This was the first time i had visited, not being a theme park fan, but our kids had seen the tv ads, so we went for the day. We paid £20 each online, saving £16 each on the gate price. I do think it's a bit cheeky charging £3 for parking, mind you. We got there as the park was opening and first impressions were good, clean and tidy and everything well spaced out. The kids headed straight for a ride, no queue at that time of day. In fact i think they only had to wait for 10 minutes max all day. We ate lunch at the burger bar..£22 for a family meal and a darn sight better than McDonalds. My husband is a wheelchair user so could not go on the rides but we did go on the little train which was ok..the staff were very helpful. The little zoo seemed a bit sad...shame to have one chimp all on his own (ditto big cats) and he looked a bit stressed (actually he looked psychopathic!!). The reptile house was very clean and looked well maintained.
On the whole, we enjoyed our day, although my only beef with this and all these places, i wish there was a reduction for people who don't actually go on any of the rides. The kids loved it and i'm sure we will revisit

Visited this park on 27th July with our daughter, son in law and two year old grandson. There is more than enough to do for a full day, in fact day went much too fast. Plenty of big rides and attractions in main park, cafes, shops etc but the main attraction of the day was Thomas the Tank Engine World. So well done with all the engines, real Thomas and Rosie train ride, Carousels, cars to drive, boat to ride in, aeroplanes and helicopters. Our grandson was in heaven! Plenty of seating, cafes and shops including an excellent Thomas shop. We got a good deal because we stayed at Drayton Manor hotel, it cost £140 per room but included a lovely room, parking, two park tickets and a good breakfast, good value if you add it up. Also lovely to just walk back and not have to drive. Nearby Grill Restaurant was excellent too.

We went to Thomas Land as a party of 8. Of the 4 children two are autistic. They both adore Thomas the tank engine. We dealt with the call centre to organise our visit and found them very helpful. They arranged for us to use the mobility access facility which gives the child and carers a card to queue jump for upto ten rides. With two cards between us we were all able to enjoy the rides together which was great.
The park was incredibly busy and was quite over whelming for the kids. The fact that we didnt have to queue helped, as did the understanding and supportive nature of the park staff who did everything they could to make our visit as stress free as possible.
We found the food available to be of a good standard and fairly priced. The Thomas Land shop was not so reasonable. Toys are more expensive than on the high street.
Overall we had a great time and would definitely return. A two day pass would definitely be a good investment as we didnt get beyond Thomas Land and the zoo!

I took my two grandchildren to this attraction on the first day of the summer break and they loved it. The cost for two adults and two children was £67.00 including parking. We were allowed to go on as many rides as we liked and as many times as we could fit into the day
We have been before but this time there was a new ride Winston's whistle stop tour. This was a great favourite with the children. We will definitely be making a return visit as it is a value for money full day out.

we've been here many times, our kids adore thomas and love thomas land. The whole park is great, the rides are brilliant fun and outside of thomasland there is something for everyone. However thomas is the big attraction for the little ones, and the live show they put on with the opportunity to have a photo and a chat with the fat controller is great. The little ones reaction when they see thomas coming down the tracks to them is always lovely, x
