Three of us visited this afternoon to a warm welcome. We ordered cheese & bacon oatcakes, a Ploughmans lunch, and a Spanish omlette. The quality of food is first rate! We then tried the homemade ice cream. Two had peanut butter, and I had the liquorice which was a taste sensation, and the same said about the peanut butter!
Great service and value for money. A lovely old building too.
We will return :)

We have not been here since the new owners took over, we sat outside with our Scotties, had a lovely lunch of Spanish omelette and a basket of chips which was all very nice. I know the previous owners a big following and the menu has changed a little but the place is very clean the homemade ice cream is fabulous and the place deserves to do well. They need to speed up the service a bit but in time this place will do well. Today the coronation chicken on crusty bread was lovely.
