Long queue before getting a table. Tasty hot pizzas and pasta. Only offered fizzy drinks nothing hot. Salad bar needed replenishing but good variety. You pay upon seating. Eat as much as you want!

I love this restaurant. With Annual Pass discount, for all you can eat food and drink, it's superb! Highly recommend!

I've been here many times now, and I visit for lunch every time I go to Alton Towers. You are greeted at the door and shown to a table. Payment is taken straight away, (£9.95 per person), and then you help yourself to as much pizza, pasta, and salad as you'd like. The pizza is constantly replenished and tastes hot and fresh. The pasta is also gorgeous, especially the spag bol one! The salad bar has everything you'd expect and again is great. Included in the price per person is an unlimited fizzy drink which you fill up yourself at the drinks station. If you have a good appetite this is excellent value for money.
It gets very busy at lunchtime so my advice would be go slightly later (around 1:30pm). That way there are no queues for the big rides as everyone else is having lunch, and you will have worked up a good appetite!

We ate here at 4.30pm on 24th March 2014 as a last stop before our 2 hour drive home and you could tell the staff wanted you to hurry up and get out ( i think they close at 5 but that to me means you wouldn't let anyone else in from that time not you want to kick people out BY that time).
There was plenty of pizzas still but the salad bar was somewhat empty so i didnt feel we got our full moneys worth with that.
The drink selection was ok although you have to be careful for hidden costs as although it says all you can eat and drink, some of the drinks like tea and coffee aren't included in the offer!
You also have to pay upfront which i found strange.
Generally though the staff we dealt with were polite.

My fiancé loves his food and although after it meant we couldn't ride any big rides incase we were sick it was a lovely meal for us both, quick and easy and the pizza never ran out!
