We stumbled upon the Little Harp by chance, having ventured off the M5 in search of a better option than motorway services. Situated on the beach, with lovely views from the restaurant windows across the Severn Estuary, but still only 5 minutes from the motorway, this proved to be the perfect location.

The menu was mainly staple Greene King/Old English Inns mass-produced fare, but was very nicely cooked all the same. I enjoyed ham, egg and chips, whilst my wife chose sausage & mash, and the £9.95 for 2 main meals offer made our choices exceptional value for money. Our daughter's choice on the children's menu was both limited and unimaginative, but she enjoyed her chicken nuggets, chips and beans all the same.

We found the service to be both efficient and friendly, and that alongside the view from the window rather than the food, set The Liitle Harp aside from other Greene King pubs that we have visited. Perhaps not enough to make a special trip alone, but as an alternative to motorway services (and with a supermarket filling station 100 yds up the road as well) this takes some beating.

Average food, a bit more expensive than the average pub, not great service...we felt like we were a bit of an inconvenience!

The staff here asked us to come in with our dog as long as he was well behaved as we ordered to sit out and eat.Six of us had main courses and deserts ranging fron lasagne to pie to the mixed grills as well as fish n chips.With a drink each this came to just over 60 pounds which i thought was very good.The food itself was delicious as some people(including myself)can associate these types of pub/restaurants with microwave technicians and processed food.It certainly tasted fresh and hot too.The place itself is similar internally to a wetherspoon pub and is quite cosy.Very very suitable for families and on this occasion was pet friendly too.

We went to the harp for a meal for my grandparents. My grandparents ordered the fish and chips which was sublime and myself and my dad had a mixed grill each, despite the cost of the mixed grill it was VERY good. For the price of it you could get a poor steak from the priory in portbury. Great staff. Deb was lovely taking our orders and our waiter Ollie was brilliant.

Good food with prompt service and friendly staff. This pub/restaurant is situated on the sea front at Clevedon, with views out to sea, from the large conservatory windows. Clean and warm restaurant serving good food, although busy at lunchtime tables can be booked for evening dinner.
