On a recent fishing trip 38 of us booked into Warrens.Just outside Clevedon but near enough, what a good place to explore from..The site is clean and tidy with a launderette club room and resturant....How pleased were we... The "chalets" were more than big enough, clean and tidy.. The self catering chalets were more like bungalows, well equipped and very well laid out..TV , kettle tea coffee etc Plenty of room...The Carvery was excellent, the puds very good, and the breakfast was also excellent...We were well looked after...I would not hesitate to reccomend this place to anyone, in fact we hope to return...Complaints none... but a couple of suggestions.. there is only 1 plug socket and as 2 of our party have a breathing mask to wear at night it meant we had to move the bed around next to the fridge,,, so next time we will take an extention lead..And only 1 pillow. and they were pretty flat..And perhaps a dustpan and brush in each lodge .... Other than that the staff were polite and very helpfull.. Well done Warrens for coping with us lot and thank you...With a special mention to the Chef, head waiter and Jane

Room Tip: The rooms are plenty big enough, In my opinion for a long stay opt for the self catering its well wo...

We booked 12 rooms at Warrens holiday Village recently on behalf of some of our friends and family who were travelling to our wedding. I visited the site beforehand to have a look at some rooms. I was given 5 random keys and had a look in each. ALL of the rooms I looked at were spotlessly clean and were obviously well maintained. Apart from one hiccup re payment, which was understandable with 22 people having been booked in my name, the service from beginning to end was outstanding. I was very pleased on the day when every single member of my party made a point of telling me how impressed they were with the accommodation and faciliities, not to mention the very friendly service. I would definitely recommend Warrens Village to anyone.

After reading a few negative reviews we didn't know what we would expect.

A very warm welcome was in store. A pleasant semi holiday home was waiting for us.

Good clean accommodation, if I was to be critical, pillows to soft.....

Didn't eat in thE restaurant in the evening but after having breakfast in the morning I really wish we did....nice sausage bacon egg toms and beans.....

Will return when we're next going to Cornwall.....

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Warrens village holiday park. We opted for the 2 bedroomed chalet on a self catering basis for our family of four. On arrival the park was very quiet and pretty much remained this way throughout our stay. Although we were out and about by 11am and didn't return until 8-9pm. The chalet itself was very basic and I have included some photos to illustrate this. Warrens village is exactly what it says on the tin and not a scrap more. They could have made some small additions to assist visitors like, an iron, mop and bucket, extra pillows and a hoover within the chalet, after day 2, our carpet could have done with a hoover. On arrival our chalet was clean but had become home to quite a few spiders and cobwebs which felt unkept. It would also be nice to have a little play area for children, this may add a bit of atmospher to the place.
We never saw a member of staff at the park apart from check in, I did pop over to Angelina's restaurant to ask for some extra pillows but it was closed and no-one was around. This could be a plus for some but others may feel a bit lost so its good to be aware. There is plenty to do in the area, Westen-super-mare is full of the usual beach, amusements and restaurants. Whilst Cheddar gauge offers nature trails, caves and cream teas. Clevedon itself has a lovely vintage beach, nice and quiet but lots to see and do.
All in all we would return here now we know what to expect but the place is a little tired. For a family business they are obviously trying their best to make the place nice for their customers but it could definatley do with updating and a lick of paint here and there.

Room Tip: Our chalet was just by the entrance and looks like one of the older ones. I slept really well, felt...

On arrival the owner couldn't be more helpful showed us directly to our Chalet which was amazing. Everything was new and modern and very spacious. The beds were extreamly comfortable and we had fantastic sleeps at night. We walked a couple of times into Clevedon its self which was quite a way but we enjoyed it. Plenty of supermarkets around. Tesco is the closest with Asda just a little furher towards the the Sea Front. and Morrisons in the town centre. We didn't use the bar or resturant but looked nice and well stocked. If we are ever in the area again we will stay here.

Room Tip: If you can afford it ask for an Ashcott Chalet

We stopped here for a night and felt it was great value for money. The chalet was lovely and clean and we would certainly stay here again if we are in the area. We didn't get a chance to visit the restaurant this time but would hope to do so if staying for longer next time.

We have just returned from Warrens village after spending our honeymoon there this weekend. Our cabin was new, clean and fresh smelling, perfect for the two of us. We had a kettle with a generous supply of tea/coffee, etc. We ate a three-course meal at the restaurant, 'Angelina's', the food was delicious with huge portions. The waiter was friendly and helpful, in fact all staff members on the site were fantastic. The site was a briliant base for us as we travelled into Bath and went to the sea-side. We will definately be booking again, fantastic place.
