“Impressions of a first time user”

We stayed for one night just after Christmas 2012. Everything was clean and well maintained with all basic requirements being met with one exception - there was only one easy chair in our double room. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good value accommodation.
If you are on a tight budget though, there are better value places to eat.

we stayed here for one night december 2012, it was fairly cheap at £29 for a family room, its situated about 5 miles from m5 and just outside bridgwater. It is right next to the new morrisons distribution depot so although it is a fairly new building with double glazing you can still hear the lorries which pass the building 24 hours a day,That was the only bad point about the hotel,
the good points were, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble if you wanted something it was done straight away, the rooms were in good condition and clean, there is a restaurant next door which was quite cheap as every night was a themed night (friday fish & chips ,Tuesday chinese wednesday indian etc)and was £6.99 for all you could eat and the same was for the coffee and soft drinks unlimited refills plus there was a large childrens play area. would i stay again ,yes it was very pleasant fairly cheap and apart from a few lorries going past the room during the night we thought the place was excellent

We stayed over the christmas period, in a double room with a pull out bed for our child. The room was really basic and simple, but absolutely fine for our needs. The size of the room is bigger than some we have stayed in, the beds and bedding are great quality and we didn't hear anything from either side of us, only a bit of walking around on the ceiling.

The staff at reception were wonderful, they couldn't do enough for us and offered mulled wine and a never ending supply of mince pies over Christmas.

The breakfast at the Inn next door was disappointing but I believe they were a manager short, but we also had lunch there which was really great, I had a delicious slow cooked lamb, and everyone else really enjoyed their dishes too. There is an indoor play area for kids too.

For a budget hotel I think this hotel is great, and will definitely be using it as a base during summer and for future christmasses.

We stayed just before christmas 21/12/12. Having stayed here before we had and excellent reception from staff. The rooms were perfect and so was our visit to the restaurant opposite. We met a new member of the team Drew, Drew's reception on arrival was fabulous he was always at hand to offer assistance and ensured our meals were as we expected.

We will return again in the New Year when visiting family.

Stayed here in December for an overnight stay. It is more or less straight off the M5 which makes it accessible, it is clean, comfortable and safe. The lady at check in was very pleasant and very helpful and i encountered zero noise from any other rooms nor any external sources. I paid £44 and it is well worth that and i will definately stay here again next time i go to football in the area. It has a brewers fayre restaurant adjacent to it which i didn't use but it seemed very busy. There is also a large petrol station next to the hotel, handy for any snacks and things. All in all i was very happy indeed with my stay. Very comfy bed also.

We stayed it this hotel on 2 December 2012 and would recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly accessible hotel with very good facilities for a wheelchair user. The wet room was huge with a drop down seat which was a bit small, ok for me but if you need a wheeled shower chair you ought to bring your own.
We will be very happy to use Premier Inn as our first port of call when booking hotels in the future

Room Tip: Ask for room 29 if you need a big wet room

Usual clean comfortable room. Brewers Fayre is adjacent so you can walk over for a meal. Very good for an overnight stay en route. Building works quite noisy early in the morning - very close. Staff very good.
