This a standard Premier Inn, with clean, modern bedrooms and a basic reception area. Meals are in the Brewers Fayre pub next door where I received an excellent welcome. It was a Monday evening and so Chinese Buffet night, which was quite good, and extremely good value for money. Breakfast has a huge choice and is very good.
I stayed here because it is next to the Exchange Business Park where I was working the next day. I would defiantly book this again if I come back to work here. But it is a bit too far from the town centre for me to choose it for a recreational break.

Hotel managed to relocate our rooms closer together (though i had previously called and was told they were next to each other!). Rooms were clean and well furnished. A little noisy from adjoining rooms and abover and some noise from outside affected sleep (woke our baby who staying in room with us). Staff were good to deal with, and helped where possible. Crazy prices for anything from the vending machine in the hotel so dont forget your toothbrush!
Breakfast on-site was fabulous, especially as under-16's were free (with paying adults) as we are a family of 7 in total!
All in all, a good stay for the stopover on our way to Cornwall (from Kent).

Great stop over on way to Butlins great breakfast only 40min from minehead. The room was fine for 4 of us.
Great value and the breakfast was fantastic value.

I have to put in 200 charaters so all i can say it was good for what it was well recommended. What more can i say if you are going to Butlins arrive fresh and it only cost us 39 quid for 4 of us that's cheaper than camping.

We were impressed with the electronic message confirming our on line booking which also gave us the postal nand post code location. Staff on arrival were pleasant and very helpful. The room was above our expectations, it was envitingly warm on arrival. Front of house staff were very helpful in going through our options for dining, car parking etc.etc. Overall, we had a vewry pleasant stay and we found that food and beverages were of a general and fair price. Restaurant staff were welcoming, helpful and very pleasant, and were very knowledgeable about the fare on offer. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Our thanks to all the staff.

Room Tip: Our room was overlooking a commercial yard, yet was very peaceful

We were on a heritage trip in the area and stayed at this hotel for just two nights. We found it to be comfortable and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The Brewers Fayre restaurant next door served up a good breakfast and there was plenty of choice at the evening meal. All in all good value for money.

Our second stay here in a year. Convenient from the M5, plenty of parking, a petrol garage and Budgen next door for top up shopping, 30 minutes of free WiFi, clean bedroom and bathroom, comfortable bed. Get a room on the back and upstairs to ensure a quiet night. But remember no lift so a haul up the stairs. There is a building development going on at the back at the moment but it did not disturb us with the double glazing closed.

Room Tip: Rooms at the rear and upstairs are quieter but there is no lift.

We stayed at this Premier Inn as we were attending a school open day nearby, we stayed in a family room. We wanted a no frills, easy bed for the night without having to make polite converstaion in the morning to the owner of the B&B!! We arrived late and left early but had super service from reception both ends of the day. The room was clean, modern and perfectly adequate, it had all facilities you would expect inc free 30 mins WiFi. The website states that this hotel is in a busy noisy location so we were aware that this was not going to be a picturesque situation! Opposite a petrol station and next to a Brewers Fayre this is not the place to be if you want a lie in.Having said that the noise from outside was not really intrusive at all. Having never stayed in a Premier Inn before and only being aware of it due to Lenny Henry, I would definitely recommend it as a bed for the night!!

Room Tip: Family rooms are great, the third bed, really is a bed not a put you up.
