We booked for three nights and checked out after one!
Upon entering we were greeted by a faded 70s decor and a musty smell. These both carried through into the rooms. The sheets and towels were clean but the bath had mould around it and the bathroom window didn't close properly. My room was next to the busy main road which would have possibly woken me up with traffic noise had I been able to sleep through the shouting and door slamming from 2.30 am onwards.
Assuming the shouting was an unlucky one off then this was still a poor hotel, which needs updating and decent sound proof double glazing. They were charging the price for a decent mid-range B&B but don't be fooled. Probably best to avoid it.
