Reception staff were lovely, advised we would have to book early if we wanted to eat in. The reason being there was a wedding and 2 coaches of elderly people booked in, as it happens we were going out in the evening anyway.
Our room was very tired looking for a 'four star hotel room', botttom of bathroom door all cracked and the bath and loo were very old. Also were greeted with an empty crisp packet at side of cabinet. The bedroom lamp was crackling when turned on and flickered on and off. and the headboard fell off the wall ! The smoking area was right below our window as was the disco, so not much peace before midnight. Breakfast was mediocre but edible. swimming pool was quiet as was sauna and steam room.More
