Two tired walkers found the local pub shut and the bus gone. The OS map said 'Post Office' we went to it and found a delightful Tea Shop with a garden. Tasty, refreshing, cream teas were the order of the day and a table outside. A while later wasps decided to join in and we made a hasty retreat back into the shop and a table there. Without any prompting the waitress gave us a hand to accomplish this feat speedily. The cook then asked around the staff and provided a local taxi firm’s number to take us back to our car. All in all a fine days adventure.
