What a lovely bed and breakfast. Eric and Sue made us very welcome. The breakfast was excellent and there was a choice of cereals , fresh fruit, yogurt and fruit juices. There were also several dishes to choose from on the menu. My Husband had the traditional English and I had home made fishcakes with poached egg. Lovely tea and toast to follow. Our room was a good size and the bathroom was large. If you do visit the house it is the first one on the right as you enter 5 Acres. We could not see the name of the property from the road.

Stayed here with friends while walking the St Cuthbert's Way. We were welcomed with delicious home made cake and tea, then later enjoyed a short stroll down the hill to the Milan Italian restaurant. Sue and Eric have thought of everything that a guest might need and also served a delicious breakfast. The best B&B we stayed in during walking the St Cuthbert's Way.

Sue & Eric run a small B&B in their home in this Northumberland town. It is in a wonderful house on a very modern development. All mod cons are there and then room was large and very comfortable. Both are extremely helpful. Recommended.
