We agree with all the lovely comments already left. Very attentive hosts who couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was the best possible, A stylish, very fresh and clean bedroom and a super breakfast. A little tricky to find but Bob stood outside on the main road to guide us in which was very thoughtful. Can't think of any reason why you wouldn't choose to stay there if you are visiting the Cheviots

After a long drive up from London Bob and Ginny gave me a warm welcome and helped with my bags. I had a pleasant chat with Bob over tea and scones and a glass of wine (!) and they gave me excellent recommendations on where to have dinner. Bob showed me around the room and explained how everything worked. The choice for breakfast was superb. I had a great night's sleep and enjoyed hearing the church clock chime on the hour. I got a taxi to take me to Kirk Yetholm the next day and I walked back to Wooler from there. On the following day I walked from Wooler to Fenwick and then got a taxi back to Wooler again. On leaving, Bob's receipt was attached to a beautiful picture of the College valley, where I had walked the previous day. Excellent!

What a warm welcome, upon arrival we were greeted with a cup of tea and a warm scone. The room has everything you could have wanted and the breakfast was the best breakfast we have had and the choice for breakfast too difficult to decide! In fact when we returned home I thought better ring Bob and Ginny and let them know we are home totally forgetting that we actually paid and that they weren't friends!! Well recommend it!

We can only agree with all the previous comments that have been made. We stayed with Bob and Ginny for a 2 night sightseeing break. Our trip was made extra special by their friendliness and attention to detail. We never usually return to a B & B but will be making an exception here as we intend to return next year.Thank you Bob and Ginny.

Hard to add anything new to existing reviews... I stayed one night for work, arrived a little early and sat in the conservatory by their beautiful garden until Bob finished up in the room. Breakfast is the best B&B breakfast I've ever had, and the room comes complete with a little sherry and local chocolates! Will definitely stay again.

Warm room with a comfortable bed and tv. Newspapers provided at breakfast.

Watch for the narrow access road. I was very thankful my 7-seater has parking sensors!
