“Lovely seaside village cottage”
Reviewed April 14, 2018 for a stay in April 2018

Just got back from Lottie's place. Cottage is lovely with everything you need. Located further up Main Street, away from the village centre, about a 5-10 minute walk and totally accessible by mobility scooter. Great for parking, drive for one car and space for another. Great for dogs and nice little track down the back overlooking a field with horses. The track can take you round the block or down to the garage in the village and us accessible by mobility scooter. The owner is very helpful and was able to provide us with everything we needed. The description on Trip Advisor is very accurate. One of our party had limited mobility but was able to access the front via one step and the back garden via two steps. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom gave them all they needed whilst I slept upstairs. Conservatory over looking garden was very peaceful and a nice place to hang out when it rained. There are DVD players in the kitchen and bedroom but take a player with you if you want to watch a DVD in the front room. Leads are available to allow you to connect a device to the TV.

We would definitely go back to Lottie's place, we have stayed at 8 different cottages in seahouses now and this was the best in terms of access for someone with limited mobility and for getting in and out with cars, mobility scooter and dogs.

Great holiday cottage, lovely an clean, spacious and definitely very well equipped. We spent most of our spare time in the conservatory, watching and listening to the different birds in a lovely secluded little garden. The back bedroom balcony is a lovely place to sit on an evening with a glass of wine taking in the views of the back fields. A five minute stroll into Seahouses, with good food and drink to be had at the Bamburgh Castle Inn.
Credit to the owners on a lovely cottage in a lovely location. Thankyou

Stayed at Lottie's with three friends during a short golfing break. Very comfortable home from home, clean, spacious and well equipped. Kitchen is a little narrow but provides a good excuse to stay out of it for those who prefer to let someone else put the kettle on or do the cooking! Cottage is well located, a short walk to the local shops, many excellent golf courses nearby. Would recommend and would stay there again on next years trip.

Lottie's place was fantastic, it had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. The conservatory is great for sitting in a morning and having breakfast, spent most of our time in there while staying! Lovely garden to sit in on evening to catch the last of the sun.
Ideal base for a week visiting Northumberland, and a short walk to all the amenities in Seahouses.
Off road parking is great and the utility room had plenty of room for storage.
We had a wonderful week and would definitely recommend and stay again.
