What an amazing place. They recommend that you allow two hours for your visit and they are not wrong. As well as seeing all the animals they had various activities on the day such as groom a goat, beastie show, birds of prey, Meerkat feed and talk and bath a pig!! All provided by very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We were unable to pet the rabbits and guinea pigs as they were having a rest from being picked up but with so much else to see we weren't too disappointed. There is so much for children to do there they could never be bored. There is a picnic barn if you have brought your own food but there is also a great little restaurant which at lunchtime does get very busy. The food was good and reasonable priced. All in all a great two hours (more than enough time for a toddler). We will definitely go back.

We took our grandson for the day and were impressed at how much there was to see and do . The staff were knowledgable and pro active in making sure we got the most out of our day . They all seemed happy in their work and were very friendly . I observed one staff reassuring a lost child and holding his hand until he found mum . Lots of hands on interaction with the animals . Highly recommend a visit .

Came here with wife and 2 grandchildren aged 8 and 10 .bought the family ticket plus 2 bags of animal food.( kids love feeding animals) we all enjoyed the day and had to drag the kids away at 4.30 as we had a 45 mile journey home. We were asked if we could come here again which is always the sign of an enjoyable day. We as adults liked it as much as the children loved the Meercats and even the Smelly pigs!!! all in all good value for money but we couldnt understand why they found it necessary to charge £1.00 to ride on the Donut slide when every thing else is included in the admission. Our thanks to the helpful lady in the cafe at lunchtime and allthe staff and the entertainer for making our day so enjoyable

Took our 4 young grandchildren to white house farm today , had to drag the kids away at 5 oclock. plenty to do for everyone. The animals are so tame and easily approachable. It pays to watch young children in case they get there fingers nibbled. At the bottom of the park is a great play area with banana slides and swings , there is picnic tables around the park so it is easy to watch the children. The birds of pray are a must to see, they are so gracefull to watch and the handler is brilliant and informative.
The price seems a bit high at 9.50 for adult and 8.50 for a child . but it is well worth the money. look out for leaflets as there is a 10% discount on entrance fees.
You receive 1 bag of feed free for each child on entrance to the park but you can buy more at the gift shop.
As for the staff They are all very friendly and very informative,.
I will deffinatly be going back.

Found this place on a quick google search when we were staying at a local caravan park for the week. At first glance, the £10 admission fee seemed a bit much, but I was in a good mood with being on holiday! In fact, this place turned out to be excellent value for money. There's a good range of animals to see and plenty of shows throughout the day. I would definitely recommend the beastie show - the girl who ran this was brilliant. You got to hold all sorts of bugs and she even got the snake and tarantula out for those brave enough! She was very knowledgeable about the animals and was excellent with the kids and patient while the parents all took snaps of their kids with the animals. It's a great interactive experience, and we even got to hold one of the Meerkats after we had fed them which was amazing!!
All in all a great day out. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
