Really pleased with the quality of the accommodation and the picturesque area of Northumberland that the campsite is in. There are numerous child friendly beaches close by, numerous castles and pretty villages full of unique shops and attractions.
We took our 3 yr old grandson& he loved his little holiday.
Wasn't overly impressed with the Haven camp site, first impression was good, but we found the facilities offered were expenses and not of good quality, we therefore found everything we needed off the site.
Everything was perfectly clean and prepared. The host Luke is answering very quick all questions and prepared everything wonderful. The Caravan is good for a small family, but I have my doubts, that more people will live comfortable in it.
If you are three adults and all 3 should have a seperate bedroom, the 3rd is definitly more a Harry Potter Version of his room under the stairs. No place to store your stuff and app. 20cm between the two beds make it very small for grown up persons.
But to sum it up: if you are only 2 adults and 2 kids, you get a wonderful place with TV, kitchen etc. and good distance to the main attraction of the park.
Also your view is excellent to the center lake of the Castle.
