Yet another amazing bootcamp, with great activities in the most stunning setting . I will be back for a fourth bootcamp sometime soon. Everyone should do a northern bootcamp...I may even treat my husband to one next time!!!
The team at northern boot camp are motivational and supportive and really got the best out of me. The activities were challenging and really varied keeping things interesting. The camp is in an absolutely beautiful part of the country with castles, beaches and woodland. Would definitely recommend.
Stunning people/owners/trainers, stunning place! Just completed 7 days at Northern Bootcamp and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. If like me you are looking for structure in exercise and eating to achieve better fitness and lose inches WITH outdoor activities there is no better place than Northern Bootcamp. I embarked upon this venture alone and met a fantastic group of people who I have a great respect for and who made my week brilliant. The accommodation is comfortable and spacious with everything you need. I'm not going to give too much away because if you are reading this worried or apprehensive don't be, just book it and go, be brave, it'll change you!

I've been a regular visitor to Northern Bootcamp over the last few years, which in itself speaks volumes. If you are tempted by a bootcamp but feel apprehensive at the thought of it this is definitely the place to go. The team will quickly put you at your ease, rest assured you are in safe hands for a life changing kind of vacation, suitable for all levels of fitness from the complete non-exerciser to the performance athlete. The sessioms are varied and led by a dynamic team that clearly embrace a balanced, active, healthy lifestyle and the benefits it brings. They motivate you to achieve things that previously seemed unattainable. Noone is left behind, there are options for all abilities and encouragement for all fitness levels to push themselves to achieve new goals. In the afternoons the focus is on active fun and new experiences for many with varied activities on offer (depending on the weather and tides - safety first!) The activities are backed up by a great kitchen team, led by Annie. The food is delicious and the team cater for special dietary requirements, vegetarian or meat-eater you will certainly not be disappointed nor hungry! Northern Bootcamp specialise in high quality nutrition with all meals designed for the upcoming activities, whether your aim is to lose some weight or to focus purely on health and fitness, meals are tailored accordingly.
That old adage, you get out what you put in is certainly true here and you won't regret it, leaving camp energised, full of vitality armed with the tools to move forward to a stronger, fitter and healthier future.
This was my 2nd stay with Northern Bootcamp (last time in Bamburgh, this time Portugal). Both weeks have been just the best! I really loved the fitness sessions which made the most of the beautiful Portuguese countryside and beaches. The trainers really know their stuff and make all the sessions fun as well as varied and challenging - for all fitness levels. Caroline really cares that everyone enjoys and gets the most they can out of their holiday. Great group of campmates, and FABULOUS food!

Amazing location and the most amazing training ethos. You will be pushed to your limits but in a very motivational inspiring way and the end result is you feel great and learn loads. I have tried different Bootcamp's all fantastic but this one is outstanding. Stayed for 7 days and will book again knowing that I will be fitter and stronger as a result of this week and all the great advice
