Great tapas, great service, great value. We head up for a trip once a year and always drop in. Nice variety of tapas, fish, meat and veg. The black pudding dish being pretty special. Give it a go

A well-deserved recommendation from Tom and Audrey at Greycroft. This is a great tapas bar run by Sarah and John. The welcome was fantastic and the delicious home-cooked dishes were clearly freshly prepared. And rounding-off with one of Sarah's own-recipe desserts is a must! We spent a very pleasant evening here.

This was probably our sixth visit to this great tapas venue. We had 2 x 3 for £12 dishes and an additional special calamares in sweet chilli, v nice. A bottle of wine, 2 x soft drinks and 4 desserts oh and bread with sauces aswell all for £62.50. Thats 3 adults and 2 kids all saited but I'm not telling you my favourite dessert in case it's all gone next time we go back!

We came across this place whilst walking around the market place on Good Friday afternoon. We decided to book for the Saturday as we both enjoy tapas. We could only get a table first thing in the evening, and only then if we could be clear by 8.00. We took its obvious populartity as a good sign and booked for 6.00pm
When we arrived the propietor apologised profusely for getting it wrong but he needed the table for 7.20, would that be ok? We said it would and went ahead. We had a splendid meal of seven different dishes, all cooked to order, and all excellent. The bottle of Cava we had was plenty dear, but very passable. The service was attentive and friendly throughout. I think there was just the proprietor front-of-house, and one person in the kitchen, nonetheless the food came quickly and was hot.
Because of the timing cock-up we were offered a free pudding which we declined, but we weren't charged for our coffees. This is a very nice, intimate place, with knowledgeable and very friendly folks running it. Highly recommended!
