It's unique in the home made and specialist produce you can buy and eat here as well as the great character who will serve you. Endless coffee for well under £2, where else can you get that? Sausage rolls to die for and a range of deli items you won't find together anywhere else.
Take a visit to Jefferson's and say "hi" to Gary (tell him I sent you!). You will love it, promise.

This is a deli shop with a kitchen table in the middle which would seat half a dozen at a pinch. Gary is an early retiree from something else and is now indulging his passion for cooking. "My mother's cooking was terrible so I had to learn" he explained. It's a wholesome pie and pasty place with a flan or two for vegetarians and salad, coleslaw, etc. and home made organic bread. My friend and I enjoyed this local good cooking and would love to return if in the area. Very suitable for luncheon to to take away.

Popped in here after eating next door. We mistakenly mentioned that we'd been to the tea room next door and the man behind the counter said the tea shop was nothing to do with him and that he served a "different clientele". Rude misanthrope. Won't be going in there again.

Situated at the bottom of Richmond market place, this little cafe/deli is packed with lovely food & drinks. The homemade soup I had was delicious & very welcoming on a cold November day!

Hidden away at the foot of the market square, this tiny shop and cafe is a delight. Freshly baked goods and delicious soups all made by the friendly owner. Very small seating area crammed in amongst the deli section, but worth the wait. Healthy, wholesome food with a twist. Great.
