A very nice old church steeped in history well worth a visit, the rear looks on to the spring cafe where you can get refreshments after a visit.

Call in and have a look around a wonderfully preserved church - the heraldic shields that hang up around the centre aisle is a historic lesson on the original Norman Lords - the De Gants -you can follow the marriages allying the various houses by these - a bit of game of thrones of its own

We visited Hunmanby and picked up a heritage trial leaflet in one of the shops.
This lovely 12th Century Church is towards the end of the main street with its own churchyard and is featured in the leaflet. There are two walks a shorter one and a slightly longer one to choose from.
You get a real feel of history when you are walking around a historical building and the village is lovely.

Popped in for a look as it is a beautiful old church with a small churchyard. The grounds and building are interesting with really old graves. Peaceful and beautiful. Some lovely flowers in bloom.

A quiet place where history wraps the visitor.

900 years of worship since the church on this site is mentioned in the Domesday Book (1086).
Hatchings on the walls evidence the nobs of the village, and amourials show family lineages, particularly Osbaldeston.

A family feeling still today with the helpers and cleaners being so friendly.

Also a place to pray.
