Staff friendly, hotel room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I had dinner in the anchor the beefeater restaurant next to the hotel which was reasonably priced and fine for a quick dinner after work. The only suggestion I will make is for premier inn to start offering free wifi to its guests it's one of the most important things when you are working away on business.

Comfortable, very clean, friendly staff and lovely meal in restaurant! Not much more to say really......only thing that let it down was the stupid bloke picking his mrs up from the restaurant at half 11 with the music in his car boom boom boom!! Not the hotels fault but the member of staff still works for the company so have a word!

A colleague and I stayed here for one night on 6th February. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had arrived at 11.30am as our train was earlier than expected and were able to check in straight away.

Room was decent size with a huge comfy bed that could have slept 6! Clean, tidy and all you could need whether there for business or leisure.

We had the meal deal so had a 3 course meal that evening followed by the all you can eat breakfast the next day. Meals are taken in the Beefeater which is a 30 second walk from the hotel. Again, staff were super friendly and helpful.

Meal was better than expected - evening meal included a number of tasty options and was cooked to order. I had a burger which was the tastiest I had had for a long time - juicy and cooked perfectly.

Was expecting breakfast to be the usual buffet style - but no, it was cooked to order which was a lovely surprise as it meant it was actually hot... take note, Best Western.. it's not that hard to do. My colleague and I were very specific how we wanted our bacon cooked and it was spot on.. also had the best poached egg - just runny enough with no yucky snotty white bits! Alongside the traditional bacon, sausage etc you could have croissants, toast, crumpets, various cereals, yogurt, fruit, unlimited tea, coffee, juice, jam, honey, marmalade, Marmite etc so a real feast.

Lovely stay and would recommend to anyone that they stay here. Well done Premier Inn!

Usual lodge style hotel set between out of town shopping centre and new housing. Pleasant, friendly reception. Room simply but adequately furnished and extremely comfortable bed. Fairly characterless but no more so than expected.

All good, including the beds but for me the beds are to hard. Staff were helpful and lent us an iron and ironing board. All clean and quite despite being busy. Short walk to the restaurant for breakfast.

Customer service was second to none. When I arrived cold after a distressing day, Sonia provided me with an additional heater and an extra duvet.( Under normal circumstances the heat in the room would have been more than adequate). The room was the standard type I expect at Premier Inn but I was surprised there was no lift . Reception did carry my suitcase upstairs for me. I did not eat meals there so I cannot comment on these but there is a supermarket , 2 fast food places and 2 pubs within short walking distance. I was a bit worried about parking my car out of site of my room but I parked for 3 nights without any problems. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
