The cottage was very comfortable, in fact, we were in the UK on holiday from NZ, and this was the most comfortable place we stayed at, and also gave us the warmest welcome during our entire trip. The recommended pub close by could also not be faulted, and went there for 3 of the 4 nights we stayed at this location. Would not hesistate in recommending this accommodation, and would return if we found ourselves in this location again.

The cottage is absolutely wonderful. The welcome was warm, inviting and informative too, and we were given a lovely bottle of wine on arrival which was very much appreciated after such a long drive.
Everything you could need was supplied in the cottage for your use and Janette and Rob were great hosts.
The grounds and the setting were beautiful.
We could not have asked for more and will definitely be returning.

Thank you for a lovely stay ...

This has got to be the best accomodation we have stayed in! The welcome was very friendly and the bottle of wine was a very nice touch. The interior of 'Maggie's Mews' is excellent with everything that could possible be required for short or long break. The standard of cleanliness and decour is very high and very comfortable. The outside is as lovely as the inside, with a very large pond and lovely natural grass meadows with paths mown through to seating areas. From the top of the grounds the view is outstanding, the only buildings to be seen are the holiday apartments and Jeanette and Rob's house. Jeanette gave us lots of information about the area and communal lounge has plenty of leaflets and ideas of places to see. Greetham Retreat is a wonderful place to stay!

This was our 2nd time her staying in roses rest! The accommodation is of high standard and clean! The owners Jeanette and rob are welcoming and friendly!! We were welcomed by the owners with a bottle of wine! Nice touch
The accommodation includes flat screen tv and DVD,dishwasher, microwave etc and a lovely ensuite
bathroom with a really comfy bed
In the complex there is a laundry area and a communal area
with tv and couches with a wide range of books,DVD,s and games!
There are 4 different apartments too choose from all beautifully furnished! On site there is also space for 5 caravans if you prefer o bring your own accommodation!
Would recommend all year round!

There is plenty to do in the area horn castle for antiques,Skegness for beach, Lincoln for city delights and shopping!

our stay here was excellent firstly we were greeted by the owner rob folwell who explained everything , pointing out local places of interest, and more importantly helping out with items for my disabled mother in law ,he lifted the settee placed extra handles in the shower, to name but a few , the standard of the accommodation is excellent of a very high standard , making our stay more enjoyable , i would definitely recommend this location , or would i, am i being selfish keeping it to myself???

Room Tip: all good rooms
