For the money this hotel is very good, the room (22) was large, quiet, and well equipped, the show was good, and did not suffer the hot/cold flushes that often happen.

This hotel is not the Hilton but the price is not either, it is good value for money....

Location wise it is very good, and the staff are very helpful

I would use again if in the area

I was rather reluctant to stay at this hotel in the past because of it's location near industrial estate's but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is near the Gilby Road roundabout but is effectively screened by well planted trees and shrubs which screens the road noise somewhat. The reception staff were pleasant and welcoming, and the room clean and well set-out (we were two adults and two children). The room also had a nice LCD Samsung TV (which kept the kids happy). Bed was very comfortable and everyone had a good nights sleep! I would recommend this hotel, and will likely stay there again (another is planned to be built in Cleethorpes next year).

Room Tip: If you have a lot of luggage request a ground floor room as there is no lift.

As a "budget" hotel, Grimsby Premier Inn is very good. The room is larger and more airy than more expensive hotels I've stayed in. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The adjacent Brewer's Fayre restaurant is good value for money as I had booked the Meal Deal package with the hotel. The restaurant staff are young, enthusiastic and very attentive, they are a credit to Brewer's Fayre. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Room Tip: As the rooms don't have air con, leave your curtains closed if you have windows facing the East...

I would have given a higher score only the soap had leaked in the bathroom and the shower gel was empty. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was usual high standard, as a vegetarian I was extremely disappointed by evening meal choice

I stayed at this hotel as a stopover on way to Butlins Skegness with my husband and daughter. This is our second stay here and we were not disappointed. The hotel has recently been refurbished and this certainly shows. The room was spotless and the bathroom very fresh. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning in the hotel but we were allocated a room on the top floor which meant we could leave curtains and window open to help cool the room during the night. Would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: If staying during warmer months ask for a top floor room to allow curtains and windows be left open

We had an overnight stay here for the third time in 2 months. It's very clean, the service is excellent. We ate in the attached Brewers Fayre which was fairly busy with some large tables and unfortunately go put in a small area with several loud children and when you don't have children with you it's nice to sit in a quiet area! One couple asked to move and they got moved maybe we should have done the same! The fire alarm went off just as I got to sleep but nobody seemed to do anything! These minor things didn't distract from our enjoyment of the Inn.

Just stayed here for the one night. My first stay in a Premier Inn and it definitely won't be the last. Spotlessly clean, spacious room. Really friendly staff. Ate in the on-site restaurant (Haven). Reasonable prices and reasonable food but not brilliant. The actual hotel is credit to the chain
