Have stayed twice now, and will stay nowhere else in this particular area. it is near the station, and edge of coast, so lovely beach walks. the rooms are all clean and very presentable. Pleasurable and relaxing stay again, thank you to Colleen for her hospitality.

Room Tip: We had the family room with one double and one single,

I stayed for 1 night as I needed to be in Cleethorpes for a family celebration. I was very pleased with my stay at the Arlana. My room was very nice with contemporary furnishings. The bed was very comfortable & had very good quality bedding. I had an ensuite bathroom which was good & the shower worked well. My son & his family were in the family room which was also good. My step-daughter had booked a single room without an ensuite but still had a washbasin in the room. The shower/toilet was very close to her room so it was perfect.
The breakfast room was lovely & the breakfasts were very nice.
I'd happily book again if I needed to be in Cleethorpes for another occasion & would be happy to recommend the Arlana to others.

Stayed with family here Saturday 8th September after booking last minute. Very helpful and friendly, superb breakfast and just a couple of niggles if we were staying longer. No full length mirror, en-suite light pull in the wrong place as I kept hitting my head on it. Bed in room 6 very comfy! Chair in the corner couldn't really sit on it but overall very good and next time will try out the other facilities on offer.

We stayed in the "new" room at the top of the house which was spotless. The view out over the estuary, especially at night, was fantastic - ferries and boats all lit up. The breakfast was enormous and more coffee and toast was no problem - full up and could even take fruit away with us. Colleen, the owner, was so friendly, warm and welcoming. I would certainly book again.
