Wouldn't go out of my way to visit but was nice to see whilst in Cleethorpes and take a picture. There is a nice plaque telling you about the statue and why it's there.

Very good sculpture! Foole us to start and thought it was a real Donkey! The gardens don't look particularly well looked after at the moment, not sure if its budget cuts or just how it always is but it could certainly do with some TLC. Seems a shame not to show it he area off to it's best advantage.

Dudley is a tribute to Glady's Nutall- donkeywoman ! She brought the first beach donkeys to cleethorpes many years ago and it good to see the tradition carries on. Located in gardens up from the pier it is a grest photo opportunity for young children to have their photo taken on Dudley.

Over the years my kids have had a sit on the wooden donkey a number of times. Situated in the pier gardens which are sadly missed by most visitors to cleethorpes
