I found this cafe to be of mixed standards. On the plus side was a large home made steak pudding, a light and fluffy suet pastry filled with plenty of lean steak braised in a rich gravy. This was served with home made chips and mushy peas but I needed a second set of teeth to eat the chips as they were very chewy and the peas were all slop and very watery.
I also had a very good cup of fresh coffee.
Overall the food was good let down poor quality control.
