Stayed here for one night. Absolutely first class in all respects. The building, my room, the breakfast superb. Also, really friendly and attentive owners (without being intrusive). Would certainly stay here again if we are in the area. You will not find better!

Stayed here for my friends belated birthday, we were welcomed warmly by Howard and Mary and shown up to our rooms. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. We were then shown into the garden and given tea and homemade blueberry cakes, which were gorgeous. We were given a map of the local area to enable us to have a short walk before our evening meal that was taken in the local Italian restaurant which was included in the deal we booked. Also we were given on request the recipe for the delicious cake we had eaten earlier! The breakfast was taken in the drawing room and was superb, all freshly cooked with a wide variety of choice. Then we had to leave which disappointing as we would have loved to have stayed another night.Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back are quieter, the road on the front is quite busy.

There's nothing I could write which would add to that already said in previous reviews. This is a truly superb B&B with the perfect hosts, Howard and Mary.
Our stay got even better when we took advantage of their special deal with the excellent local Italian restaurant, La Locanda, Food and wine to die for!
Niggles? Yes. The en-suite was a little cramped. But that in no way detracted from what was by far the best B&B we've ever experienced.
Without doubt this would be our first choice location when visiting anywhere within a 50 mile radius

We stayed for 3 nights with friends - walking and birding - and had a great time. Very comfortable rooms and beds and good breakfasts - lots to explore in the local area - we could have stayed longer and would thoroughly recommend it - you will not be disappointed. The local Italian has a partnership with the House and we had a fun evening and a good meal there too - just 2 minutes walk away
