Myself and my wife had a relaxing and more than amazing time on our honeymoon, staying in the Huf Haus. Rodger and the team were wonderful hosts, with fantastic recommendations of restaurants and things to do both on and off site!
We especially loved having our own boat and having firepits at night complete with complimentary firewood and marshmallows. We CANNOT recommend this resort more!

My girlfriend and I were lucky enough to book a late cancellation on the advise of my 2 sisters who stayed there with their partners, and believe me when I say it did not disappoint.

From the moment you step into Cleveley Mere you are greeted by Roger and his wife who are two of the nicest people we have ever met and they will go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfection.

The place itself is blessed with the most fantastic scenery and views, along with great accommodation and peaceful surroundings. We stayed in the Woodsman and had a fantastic weekend, exactly what we needed.

Thank you Roger for everything and I would recommend your amazing Cleveley Mere to anyone.

Room Tip: Depending on the size of your group would depend on your accommodation. Any queries just phone Roger who would be more than happy to help. I will say, book well in advance because this amazing place is busy all year round.

Stayed for husbands birthday for 2 night in Badgers Lodge. Very nice greeting from Roger , who called the ducks and geese to meet us and was very helpful
Badgers Lodge was more than we expected , tastefully decorated and wonderful views and decking, . Kitchen and island great for entertaining friends. We used the bikes to explore the lake and the wonderful view. We did not have great weather but you dont want to go offsite to much with this lodge.
Bed was so comfortable and luxury bedding was nice.
Roger let us look at The Tree House between guest arriving fab place.
Before arriving went to Barton Grange farm shop to stock up so we did not have to leave the lodge. Great ready meals in freezer and good deli.
Staff were so nice and helpful. Nice to have eggs from the hens on your arrival and wine was nice touch.
Will be back with family and friends next time

Would of liked gas BBQ

Room Tip: Any lodge all well spaces from each other which is very nice.

From the start, we were impressed, The Tree House certainly doesn't disappoint. Stunning location with beautiful surroundings, we wanted a quiet place of our own space where the kids felt safe and could explore and that's exactly what we had and to top that, it really was a 5* experience.
THe house was absolutely immaculate on arrival and it was all we had hoped it would be. If you want a quiet getaway, still with plenty to do if you want, then this is for you. Kids absolutely loved it and only half an hours drive to the Lake District.
With our own boat house and sun deck, it was a slice of heaven.
Can't recommend HIGHLY enough for a tranquil family break.

Room Tip: Lodges to suit all budgets but if you can afford a real treat - then it has to be the Tree House.
