“Clean and Great Value”
Reviewed July 31, 2012

The previous four nights had been spent in a tent and I was in need of good, clean accomodation to relax. The room was on the top floor and luckily after hauling my bags up I opened the door to a spectacular view. The room was reasonably large, clean and with an en-suite for £35. Other than a large amount of twiddling with the shower to get some reasonable temperature water flowing, everything else was very good. Had a great night sleep in a comfortable bed.

The following morning I was going sailing with friends so could not avail myself of the cooked breakfast. However the chef came out to check if I wanted toast and coffee with my cereal and orange juice, given that I was in a bit of a rush.

On the whole great vaule for a traditional B+B.

Room Tip: Ask for help with your bags if you are on the top floor. Unless you are quite fit and healthy!

Stayed for one night on the 13th July for our anniversary,we called in on the off chance looking for a room, the owner obliged and let us have a look at the room before we decided yes.

The hotel is very nice,we had room 4 with sea view and it was comfortable.

Breakfast was very nice, good portion and quality.

Fleetwood itself is quaint, there is a 24hr Asda and a designer outlet village which was ok,there is a small beach.

All in all a nice stay,if we were in the area again we would look to stay here again.

Have a nice time.

The best hotel ever. The owners Donna & Eric and their staff go out of their way to make your stay as welcoming, comfortable and home from home. Nothing is ever too much trouble. When you ask for something you get it. Will continue to stay here until they retire - which we hope is never!!!!! The breakfast is excellent and keeps you going for the day. We've also eaten the evening meals which are also excellent with a wide choice f menu. The rooms are all spotless. It's good to meet Donna & Eric in the bar in the evening for a chat and we've also met some very nice people whilst staying at the Hotel. Thanks for everything and see you soon.

this is the 3rd time we have stayed here, always a friendly welcome and the breakfast is 1st class, the beds are very comfortable and rooms spotlessly clean, I wouldn't hesitate to book again and everybody seems to be returning guests so that speaks volumes, well done Donna and Eric you work hard and it shows,

Room Tip: have tried 3 different rooms but a sea view is always nice, you can always ask for a sea view
