Description: The restaurant is stylish and modern with an extremely friendly atmosphere. The dishes at Naga are prepared wit both conviction and a strong held belief that Indian cuisine is not about 'heat' but more about a marriage of fine aromatic fresh herbs and spices. Naga Indian restaurant's cuisine is versatile ranging from the extremely mild to the richly pungent, offering a vast varied menu, choosing only the freshest, natural ingredients, wholesome sauces and flavourful spices.

We try many indian restaurants in the Lancashire area as we like to experience different establishments and make comparisons I.e. food, atmosphere, decor, service. On a first visit we always order the same meal, a chicken shaslik and chicken korma in order to make a true comparison. This was our first visit to the Naga and our meal was the best we have tasted. The staff were friendly and polite, the decor was contemporary and very impressive, the only downside to the evening was that we dined in the large rear dining area with only another two people which was rather cold and void of atmosphere. This will not put us off returning as we really enjoyed our night but will ask for a table in a warmer part of the restaurant.

We have been to India a couple of time so we are very fussy about curry and the Naga exceeds our standards. The food is amazing, the serve is good and the decor is clean and contemporary.

I would highly recommend a visit to this restaurant.

I'm sure this place used to be Parmesan and Pepper (and was really good!) - now it's Naga time! Plenty of parking round the back, and the interior has been modernised to a good standard. Very attentive (not overly so though) and at times very amusing waiters (thanks guys). Food was excellent - the spicy onion was the hottest I've had as a side to poppadums (yum!) and that was followed by chilli murgh, which was lovely. Main was exotic naga biriany, which was very tasty. The other half had mixed vegetarian starter followed by veg dansak which was very mild and delicious. Price wasn't bad either - will definately come back.

What can I say, really good service, really good food. Only criticism being that the windows need to be double glazed to keep it warmer though the heating seems to have improved a lot.
