We stayed at Rosehill House Hotel last weekend just for one night and were very pleased we booked there. We had dinner the evening of our arrival which was delicious, fresh and great sized portions. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was also very tasty.

Every member of staff we spoke to were friendly and very helpful and we loved the featues of the old building.

We will definately return :)

beautiful hotel that took me back a few years…very nice and comfortable. The staff we encountered were very friendly and hardworking from what I could see….. Forgot a few essentials tooth brush etc but was balk to buy these items from reception at a reasonable price even in the night from the night porter who was only too happy to please. the only downside i had was that on check i was given my key only to get to the room and find the room wasn't ready….. it didn't bother me too much as we were heading straight out so we left our bags, whilst the housekeepers finished our room… however had i wanted to lie down after my journey I may have not been happy. The room itself was lovely it was a family room one double with a separate single leading to bathroom the beds were very comfy and plenty of seats and desk units in the room plus plenty of storage. breakfast was nice with hot option served to you but I would have liked some fresh as an option not the be all and end all though…. I would defiantly stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Would stay here again!
Only had one night here and was immediately made to feel welcome at reception.
The room was comfortable and clean, tea coffee and cookies provided - lovely.
I had my evening meal in the restaurant very well cooked and presented. There was plenty of choice, I opted for the set menu which was £15.00 for starter main and a drink excellent value.
Breakfast was cereal fruit juice and I had the full English but there was a breakfast menu again lots of choice. Staff very attentive and quick service. Overall good stay and would recommend this hotel.

What a lovely hotel! We enjoyed one night in two rooms. Very good rate for both rooms. Dinner far exceeded our expectations. Impressed by standard of cleanliness throughout. Staff were so kind and friendly. Would stay again.

Room Tip: First floor rooms probably better than ground floor due to some noise from above.

My family and I had a buffet meal here for a family member's wake, the food was beautiful, delicious sausage rolls, barbecue chicken pieces, lovely sandwiches, the staff were very attentive and kept our coffee and tea topped up, the whole wake was very nice indeed.
The hotel itself is a gem, set in its own grounds in a suburban setting only 5mins from junction 9 of the M65, beautiful parquet flooring, and lovely painted, plaster ceilings, the rooms are well furnished and makes a very comfortable, pleasant ambience, I would recommend the Rosehill House hotel for any occasion, the food was lovely, staff were pleasant and helpful to make this a pleasant occasion, considering.

Stayed here last December when dropping Christmas presents off to family (we are from Burnley originally). We had our wedding reception here 26 years ago, also stayed here for a couple of nights when we came back to Burnley for my husband's 40th birthday party.

It's a very friendly hotel, very clean and with lovely breakfasts. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and a very reasonable price.

Have just booked for 2 nights in December this year to drop off presents again.

Stayed at Rosehill House for two nights last week. We had such a warm welcome and the service and food were excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer but looking forward to our next visit. We were visiting friends who live nearby and they were able to join us for breakfast both days. Lovely tranquil setting and plenty of car parking

Room Tip: We were in a ground floor room, but I'm sure they're all good
