We have recently stayed twice at the Premier Inn Burnley, both times the rooms have been clean and tidy, the staff are always friendly and helpful. Inn situated within easy walking distance to town centre.

Room Tip: I have stayed at the back both times with views over green, much nicer than overlooking carpark.

Firstly, we have to admit a positive prejudice with Premier Inns. We use them regularly and know we can rely on having a comfortable overnight stay in a modern, clean hotel at a reasonable price, and this Premier Inn is no exception.
Set in parkland near the Leeds & Liverpool Canal, the Burnley Premier Inn has adequate parking and a Brewers Fayre restaurant in the grounds where breakfasts are served each morning.
The duty receptionist, Annette Collinge, is worthy of mention for being particularly helpful and friendly. We had some problems with timings on the day we stayed and she willingly put herself out to help us resolve them. We consider the friendliness of all the staff we met to be a significant plus for this hotel.
We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will certainly use it again when we are next in the area.

Stayed for 12 days and on the whole a very pleasant experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. As expected from Premier Inn the rooms were large, clean and comfortable. We were unfortunate that on one night a wedding party arrived and decided to argue outside our window at 4am. We brought this to the attention of the manageress the following day and we were immediately refunded for that nights stay under the good nights sleep guarantee without asking for it. Excellant customer relations. The room was very hot even with the window open that said a fan was provided. The meals at the Queen Victoria restaurant were adequate if somewhat repetative. Noise from customers leaving the restaurant could be intrusive up to midnight. Overall couldn't fault the place and will go again.

Room Tip: I believe rooms at the rear are quieter than at the front.

With all Premier Inns we have used they always try to make the overnight stay as comfortable as possible, this Premier Inn was no exception, receptionist was warm and welcoming and had our room sorted in no time. The whole building was spotless the disabled room we used was also spotless with all amenities in working order plenty of tea & coffee at reception, the bed mattress was of good quality and very comfortable as were the pillows.
In the same grounds is a 'Brewers Fayre' pub come restaurant that served very good food, we had an evening meal and two breakfasts in 'The Queen Victoria', the food was reasonably priced.
We would certainly recommend this Premier Inn and also use it again next year.

The staff at this Premier Inn could not have been more friendly - the receptionist and breakfast server were a joy to be around. The room itself was comfortable and clean and breakfast was lovely - I do love a Premier Inn cooked breakfast!

Location is fantastic for Heasandford Industrial Estate.

Arrived during a heat wave & the receptionist must have been melting. However she remained friendly & did her best to make our stay comfortable. No air con in rooms but fans had been provided along with sheets to replace duvets. Despite the humidity we slept very well. Clean & comfortable roons.
Would stay again. Bargain at £29 for the night.

Same as what you normally expect with other Premier Inn, to provide affordable and comforable, no fuss stay.

The wife cost 3 pounds a day and it is fast enough for movies or voice chat. Big free carpark.

The TV has many channels. Bathroom squeaky clean and corridor squeaky quiet.

The continental breakfast was expensive at 5.95 with a small range (not even cheese), the Costa coffee did not taste like coffee. The toaster kept charring the toast.

Altogether, it feels sterile but it works and not the best in value.

Room Tip: The rooms by the road (like the one I had) can be noisy when the delivery vans stop by it.
