Hotel was absolutely fine, we arrived around 9.30pm and check in was very quick and straight forward. Room spacious and clean, shower powerful and hot. Staff very friendly and helpful. Went to the attached pub for breakfast the following morning which was utterly chaotic. I think the entire hotel must have opted for breakfast at the same time. Clearly not enough staff available, buffet food items / tea coffee cups / juices running out constantly but when the cooked food I'd arrive it was very good. Overall experience fine but just try and time breakfast to avoid the rush :-)

We stayed at the Oaks the last time we visited family this was cheaper the rooms were much bigger and they were fresh modern and very clean, The staff were all helpful and welcoming, parking was plentiful and the location for us was spot on. We ate in the Brewyers Fayre opposite which was lovely for our evening meal and convinced us to return for breakfast the following morning. The breakfast staff were a treat and so attentive and friendly, eat as much as you like was totally brought to life, the waitress asked what we would like how many sausages oh a couple " you can have 20 if you like" she brought a smile to our faces. When she clearied the plates she asked if we wanted the same again Ha Ha!! Our stay was great mainly thanks to the lovely staff only small issue was the traffic noise. We would return hopefully in happier circumstances as we were attending a funeral. Customer service at its best thank you Premier Inn Burnley.

Needing another night in Burnley I once more used Premier Inn. The welcome was excellent and check in efficient by a friendly and informative Receptionist. The 'special' room I'd asked for was waiting for me and the usual high room standards of this chain were fully met here. Car parking provision is very good. The nearby pub was available for drinks and meals with quite a good choice from a menu. I shall use them again if the price is right.

I stayed here for one night on business as I often use Premier Inns, you know what you are going to get though this one was a bit more expensive than I have previously paid.
Room and bathroom clean and functional though I think the beds here are getting to the end of their life as you felt the springs twang a bit on sitting on the side of the bed.
I tried to get the free broadband but was unable to see the router and on check out was advised that they though there might be a problem.
My room was very warm and couldn't find a way of getting the thermostat to cool things down so opened the window but the was quite a lot of traffic noise.
The light above the mirror didn't work which again I reported upon check out.(room 65)
I took the meal deal which seemed to be reasonable value though there are quite a lot of 2 for 1 offers if you are not travelling alone

Very good stay with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Room comfortable, though only one comfy chair suggests target is more the single business user! Breakfast was across the car park at brewers fayre - this was good enough value for £8.25 charged.
Overall it ran at a level above its peers, such a Ibis, holiday inn express.
Downside broadband is poor, 30 minutes free per stay, not per day, then £3 a day. These days you expect free broadband even in a coffee shop!
