Happened across this cafe/ deli while strolling around Whitstable. Warm and friendly welcome and nothing too much trouble for the lady behind the counter. Enjoyed a plate of delicious antipasti, delightful chicken parfait and a plate of chargrilled courgettes. Plenty for lunch for two. Add to it a chilled bottle of wine which the lady kept in the fridge for us and it was a lovely experience all round. Didn't have call to buy from the deli next door but all looked very tempting. Will definitely return.

Lucky for me I only work next door so this place is perfect...always a lovely atmosphere, great soups and salads fresh, homemade and tasty, menu changes daily...always busy but then they are the best in the street,

We stopped here to get a picnic lunch. There was a wide selection of marinated olives and salads, and they were delicious. The man who served us was friendly and patient (it's hard to choose!). Highly recommended.

We chanced upon this little gem after stopping quickly in Whitstable on a busy sunny Saturday. We were welcomed in and ordered within minutes and waited for our lunch with a very enjoable glass of rose. The leek linguine was superb and my partners sea bass equally delicious. All for about £20. Try it - we are glad we did and will visit again soon. The deli side is crammed full of very tempting treats too.
