To sit outside and enjoy a drink on the beach, watching the sun set, on a beautiful Autumn evening...what could be lovelier? To people that complain that the prices are slightly higher than an average pub, we would respond with...the setting and atmosphere are WAY above an ordinary pub to be found in England!
We will never forget the evening we sat here, with live music filtering outside, the gentle sounds of laughter and the beautiful sight of the sun going down. The customers were a mix of locals and holidaymakers, and everyone was very relaxed and chatted with each other.
The pub itself is simple and authentic, with an atmosphere of years gone by. We loved it and will jump at the chance to return if we get the chance.
We suggest to the reviewers here that did not appreciate this unique experience, that they go to an inland pub and look at a brick wall if they want a cheaper night out. You get what you pay for and this was priceless.
