Stayed for three nights whilst visiting family in the area.
Lovely big, clean rooms, comfy beds, great TV and fantastic staff. When we returned to our room one evening the housekeeper had used towels to make beds for our twins' cuddly toys - what a lovely touch! They were thrilled!
Great service at breakfast too, friendly and attentive staff, lovely food too.
The only slight niggle was the hot water pressure could be better, but the shower was still pleasant.
Will be returning next time we are in the area.

Yet another great stay at a Premier Inn. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Only regret was not booking the room a week earlier when the same room was 1/2 the price we paid !!!

It is quite far away from a lot of things, but its an incredible pleasant place to stay for both business as wel as leisure. The staff is amazingly friendly. The rooms are big, spotless clean and in perfect shape. They contain a huge flatscreen TV with connectors for all your equipment (hdmi, tulip, audio jacks, vga, etc), a hot watter kettle and free tea/coffee, a bath with shower and a comfy bed. The internet connection via wifi is very stable and good, though only allows 30 minutes of free access. After this you can buy access time online or at the reception desk for 3 UK pounds for 24 hours.

Only thing to improve would be the water pressure on the hot water. It's not too comfy to take a shower like this.

When coming by train, stop at Hildenborough. It takes about 45 minutes by direct train to get there from the Charing Cross station in London. Coming from the Heathrow airport going to Charing Cross by underground takes approximately one hour. The trip all together costs 16 UK pounds for one way, one person. Do mind that when you arrive at Hildenborough train station, there's pretty much nothing there. So be prepared for a ride or taxi there. It's about a 45 minute walk from the train station to this hotel.

The restaurant next door to the hotel (owned by the hotel) is amazingly good. Very tasty food for reasonable prices. Highly recommendable. The breakfast which is also available at this nextdoor restaurant is a little bit limited in choice, though price/quality is fine. There's unlimited free wifi with a perfect connection available in the restaurant.

About 5 minutes walk away there's a BP petrol station with an ATM where you can get cash money. The ATM does close whenever the petrol station closes too though.

Will surely pick this hotel again when having to go here again. They even offer you to get your money back if you didn't have a pleasant nightrest.

Standard Premier Inn experience spoiled by the free wifi not working and the paid service is working fine. This is the second Premier Inn that I have stayed at within the last week where this has been the case.
Dinner at the adjoining Beefeater was good with excellent service.

A one night stay for a pre-Christmas do. The reception staff were so warm, friendly and seemed genuinely to want to help. Not programmed robots! I had brought my own bubbly and enquired if there was an ice bucket/machine or anything available. A member of staff that had just arrived & not even started her shift - went to the restaurant & returned with a champagne bucket, ice & champagne flutes - even insisting on carrying them up to the room for me. Nothing was too much trouble.

Everything about this hotel is fab except the wifi which is pathetic. If you need to work wifi, go elsewhere. The staff at this hotel are fab and nothing is too much trouble, and it is comfy and spotless

A one night stop to attend a wedding. Everything at the hotel was superb, the room was spotless and very quiet and all staff service was excellent. We had a very good breakfast the following morning. Highly recommended.
