Stayed here with a close friend and will be back! It's a proper little 'Mr & Mrs Smith' pub, hotel, restaurant.....fantastic find. We ate in the excellent restaurant one night and the bar the other. Both superb.

A great stay, really pretty, comfy room, lovely furnishings, and the staff are all lovely too! Only downside to our stay was lack of a proper shower. Nice touches like the tea tray, biscuits, bottled water were great, and the breakfasts were the best I've had in a b&b!

We have eaten & stayed at The Woolpack several times, and that in itself is proof of how much we enjoy the experience. The restaurant food is always excellent, reasonably priced & the menu is changed every 4-6 weeks, so there is always something new to try. Portion sizes are good, so you won't leave feeling overly full. The staff are always pleasant & accommodating.

The quirky hotel rooms are beautifully furnished & comfortable, and the breakfasts set you up for the day. Try it, sure you'll like it

I know Tenterden well from my early years and have fond memories of The Woolpack as a historic Inn, originally used by drovers driving their sheep to market. Now a stylish, very comfortable small hotel (especially the beds). The rooms are all individually decorated and are spacious and very inviting. My only quibble would be no hair drier was provided. Luckily I had bought my own! The breakfast was excellent and nothing was any trouble. The hotel is in the center of Tenterden so road traffic noise can be expected if you are around the front, we had room 3 which is on the side and a lovely room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, thank you we will return.

Room Tip: Room 3 is on the side and looks out over St Mildred church

Absolutely delighted with everything about The Woolpack. The room was superbly decorated and furnished. The bathroom had obviously been refurbished recently and everything was very clean. Particularly like the special touches: selection of teas, real cafetiere coffee and a lovely book on Tuscany. The staff were friendly and efficient and our breakfast was very good especially the sausages that came from the owners own farm. This is certainly the best pub accommodation we have stayed in and would highly recommend. Well done to the landlord and his family.
