I had to book three rooms with very little notice and the hotel was most accommodating and helpful. We stayed for three nights and it really is like staying on a farm, only the hotel and rooms are all of the highest standard. The hotel is in the middle of beautiful countryside and drive down the country road to get to it is delightful. There are sheep in the field next to the Oast house and old old tractor in one of the barns. It was really great! The staff were very helpful, the food was excellent and all in all we thouroughly enjoyed our stay. There is wi-fi in the rooms in the main building but not so much in the other rooms. However there is wi-fi in the bar area.

Room Tip: The Rochester room is above the dining room and kitchen so there were cooking smells and some noise which ended about 9.30pm. Next time I would ask for one of the other rooms. However the rooms was very large and comfortable.

We celebrated our daughters wedding at this lovely little hotel. Situated in the heart of Kent you feel as though you are away from the world, it's beautiful and very peaceful. The staff were amazing, they are not "in your face" as some other hotels staff can be. The wedding was managed brilliantly, everything was perfect including the weather! The food is outstanding and the local wines and delicacies delicious. It probably isn't the cheapest wedding location but its certainly the perfect one. Our daughter and son in law had long chats with Simon and his team in the planning stage and everything they wished for was beautifully carried out. All I can say to Simon and the team is THANK YOU!

Room Tip: All rooms are amazing!

This Farm is a lovely place to stay, the food is great, the wine selection is good too. We stayed here in December and had a birthday meal, the food was spot on, the service was fairly good. The only slight negative i would have is that our table was shaped very oddly so no one could talk to more than two people. however our room and breakfast made all of this better again and we hope to be coming back in September.

Room Tip: we had a suite, think it was the canterbury suite and it was amazing!

Went to a wedding held here and stayed overnight with my family. It is a beautiful location for a wedding, it really feels like you are in the heart of the countryside. We stayed in the Broadstairs suite and were very impressed by the rooms - well decorated, comfortable - and a lovely mixture of period features and modern comforts. The staff we met were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was delicious (orders must be placed by 9.30am) and there was a wide choice. Would love to go back for a weekend stay.

Excellent country accommodation with good train access to London in a wonderful village. The only downside was the hawkhurst room itself was a let down. bathroom very shabby and entrance to the building felt like walking into an old derelict barn. but the hospitality and location was fab.
