As the title suggests the Premier does exactly what it says on the tin. Room was clean, tidy and well stocked with toiletries and refreshments. My wife found the mattress a touch hard, but I thought it perfect.

Food was satisfactory, but the premier never claim to be fine dining, drinks were served efficiently and presented well. The breakfast is fantastic, with a multitude of choice and a Costa Coffee machine, it seems a bit steep, but in reality a fry up anywhere is a quite expensive and you get the continental bits as well if you pay the dollar........then don't eat for at least a week.

Staff were pleasant and polite in the restaurant at breakfast and in the evenings, always helpful and gave us some good info about the locality. The best service was at Reception, the lady who checked us in was magic, and the lady who was working the next day was equally lovely and brilliant. Customer service is far from dead!

Overall, we had a very nice stay!

Tom.

Good clean quiet hotel. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Family room had enough space for 2 adults and teenager. Bed was really comfortable and allowed a good sleep.

Stayed for one night on the way to Dover, the room was one of the best we'd ever stayed in! New, extremely clean and perfectly ergonomic. The staff were beyond excellent in every way, including the restaurant staff. The meal we had was excellent as well.

The staff make this hotel! So friendly and helpful. With an active 3 year old, I wasn't once worried, as the staff took it all in their stride. Hotel is very kid friendly and good position near beach and a short drive from other great spots. Rooms are clean, spacious and an activity area for the kids next door to the restaurant makes it a very family friendly hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the beach are quieter. Trains on back side.

We had a short break here with the family and were very pleased with the hotel. The location is excellent just across the road from the beach and arcades for the children. The room was clean and modern with a great plasma tv on the wall. The staff could not have been more helpful in the restaurant, maid service and reception. There was ample parking and overall a very enjoyable time was had by all.

Room Tip: rooms at the front have a sea view.

We stayed at the hotel whilst visiting the excellent CAMRA beer festival at the Winter Gardens over the Easter weekend. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the standard of the room was very good being both spacious and well equipped (including a large wall mounted flat screen TV). We would definitely stay there again next time we visit Margate.

We stayed for new years eve to catch up with friends and this time for a 60th party. Both times were a very pleasant stay and this time was in a totally newly refurbished room, so the standard of the room was excellent (even with new flat screen TV on wall). Had food there and both meals were very good. Staff very helpful and polite. Have stayed at other PI's and similar standards and rooms. Overall, can only say that we will always try these first due to really good sleep and comfortable bed & room etc. I really must phone a few days before to get a sea view though!.

Room Tip: Phone a few days before to get a sea view if you want one. All are quite rooms, even with the railwa...
