“An unusual but delightful pizzaria”
Reviewed June 30, 2013

Curious place, but great pizza and really friendly staff makes this an excellent restaurant to use in Margate.

Unusual decor? - no, there doesn't really seem to be any, although no doubt somebody thinks that is the latest fashion. Stripped walls, metal pipes, bare floorboards make it very different to the chain pizza restaurants thankfully.

So, if you fancy having a really excellent pizza served on an old wooden board, no knives or forks on an old trestle table, then this is your restaurant.

We all thought it was great.

“curiouser..”
Reviewed June 23, 2013

We went to see the Curious exhibition at the Turner, and had a Curious pizza, complete with a Curious Brew at the GB Pizza Company. We also had a pear & cambozola pizza. Great thin crust pizzas cooked in a wood fired oven. Quirky décor, pleasant staff. Slightly help yourself ( to cutlery, glasses etc). A bright spot in Margate.

“Dont believe the hype”
Reviewed June 17, 2013

Various friends have recommended this restaurant. The decor and the ambience is excellent but we cannot say the same for the Pizza. Our order consisted of three different Pizza's. When they arrived I was very excited as they looked more like a Turkish Pide than a standard Pizza, which I am not particulary fond of, however they certainly weren't Pide. All we could taste was over powering tomato sauce and little else. My 7 year old told us that he can make better Pizza and on this occassion we both agreed.

“Delicious Pizza”
Reviewed June 12, 2013

Best Pizza ever and i am a huge pizza lover. Went for a visit with my mum and children and everyone really enjoyed the flavours. No children's pizza on the menu but they will make a smaller version of the adults for half the price. Garlic bread was awesome, the children ate most of it and they don't even like garlic bread! Will definitely be going again with my husband and when my sister comes for a visit.
Even if your not a huge lover of pizza, you should Definitely try GB Pizza, you will be pleasantly surprised.
