We had come here on recommendation. Thought we'd try a different Indian. I wasn't so sure as I really like the Riz, but thought it'd make a change.
The restaurant is clean, bright and modern with a nice view outside and I washed my hands in the bathroom, also very clean.
Staff is polite though sometimes lacking in a little conversation, Manager polite and chatted.
Restaurant empty, waiter directed another couple to the table next to us even though the other side of the restaurant was empty, shame that we could hear one another's conversations when there was so many tables empty. At least there was a little Bollywood music in the background.
Food: Service was prompt, food hot. Food okay but could be a little spicier for my taste. One thing that really bugs me about local restaurants is that I know they have to use local ingredients but I really don't like sweetcorn piece in curries (they were in the rice and one curry).
The naan was authentic however, but I felt that could have been more garlicky but that's my taste.
Overall, clean nice restaurant and food is okay.
