“No Food!”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 29, 2013

The plough no longer does food. The bar prices are a bit steep. It is a pleasant enough pub with comfy seats. Tend to go there when our friend's band is playing. I wish they did still do food, would probably visit more often then.

“Lacking in atmosphere”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 25, 2013 via mobile

Been here a few times not made very welcome as not a regular . Entertainment does not suit the venue and rushed out the door when it finished so staff can leave . Drinks are expensive compared to other pubs in the village .

this place changes owners more often than the weather changes... not enough seating and sometimes it can be so busy it gets uncomfortable, other times it is empty and is lacking in character....

“Excellant all round”

The food here is lovely. Been 3 times ad each time had been excellent. The waitresses are very friendly and go out of their way to do what they can to help. Very reasonable prices.
