My fiance, his parents and myself stayed here for the night after deciding to stay in Kent over night following charity party party with short notice. We were literally just looking for a place to sleep however this turned out to be a real gem and we got so much more than expected. The house is perfectly English, steeped in history and oozing with charm. There are just the right amount of original features combined with much needed modern bathroom facilities.
Each room provided a generous stock of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a jar of biscuits to be served into real teacups! We were offered plenty of fresh towels, face cloths and the bathroom supplied us with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We arrived at four oaks with not even a change of clothes, but it was soon clear Rosanne and Richard had provided us with everything we need for a comfortable night stay.
Breakfast was also great, with a wide selection of cooked foods we all opted for the locally sourced full English breakfast which went down well with the lashing of tea and toast. Least to say we were all very satisfied and had memorable one night stay.

Rosanne and Richard are a friendly and very accommodating couple with a beautiful home, we hope to visit again!

My wife, daughter and I stayed for four days. We were very pleased with the accommodations, the breakfast and especially the owners - who were extremely pleasant and helpful.
We would happily stay there again.
