we have stayed here a few times when attending family parties. Ideally located next door to a brewers fayre pub. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming and very helpful. Parking is free and there is plenty available.

We stayed here to go to an away match in the town centre. It was very convenient from the A2 but wee walked to the town centre and football ground. Hotel spotless and all staff friendly. Thanks to the lady on reception who sorted out a table in the attached restaurant at short notice (I think called Anne). The room was the same bed and layout as any premier inn but was bigger!
Restaurant next door was excellent.

The usual you get from the Premier Inn, I was on the road side and did not hear much traffic(apart from the police siren early doors) hardly the hotels fault, big room, big bed, clean, good food and clean....no problems
The only complaint I would have, in all premier inn's, is no plug sockets next to the bed, this is a must for a business trip for laptops and for charging phones...sort it PI.
Service was ok, once they noticed you had finished a course, was a bit confused when I was told to let them know when I was finished a course when ordering??

Decent place to stay for one night. Lady at reception on my arrival was very friendly and helpful. I was also happy that it was agreed I could check out at 1pm rather than 12pm - which was great and very much appreciated. Shame that the lift was not working when I arrived but was working most of the time. Drinks machine was out - this was a bit of shame but again never mind! I wish that bottled water could be offered at a cheaper rate by Premier Inn too.

Room was very good, tidy and clean. Bed was very comfortable and again very tidy and nice clean sheets. Wifi was pretty good and 3.00 pounds for 24 hours OK to pay could be free but then it is cheaper than other places!

Meal at the Brewery Fair was OK - nothing special but adequate and always good to be able to walk there and it was right next door. Big car park that was quite busy but found a space.

Tesco is up the road - so that is very handy too. Thank you to the staff for their help with booking a taxi too.

Travelled up from Dorset and this budget hotel offered excellent service, was clean and comfortable. Food was very good and menu was extensive, both dinner and breakfast. Recommend it! The address states Business Park, but the noise level was minimum.

Stayed here for one night as a single female traveller. Was made to feel very welcome by the friendly receptionist and given a room not on the ground floor.

The room was typical Premier Inn: large, big bed, desk (with lamp), open wardrobe for hanging up clothes, TV, tea-making facilities and clean, average sized bathroom.

The carpark was conveniently right outside, and food was available at very reasonable prices at the Brewers Fayre pub which was next door and reached via a covered walkway.

I had a good nights sleep (I was on the carpark side).

Overall, clean, good value for money and comfortable.
