“Brogdale Cider Festival”
Reviewed September 23, 2012

A good day out helped by excellent weather. Plenty to see and do. Miniature railway running through the orchards is a must and a bargain for a £1. The on-site butcher's shop has a marvellous selection of local meat.

“Great place”
Reviewed August 20, 2012

The food here is excellent, I believe they supply many local businesses and you can see why. the salt marsh lamb is amazing and so are the terrific sausages. There is a lovely cafe and a selection of shops that sell gifty type things. Nice play area and minature steam train on weekends and holidays. If you've the time wander around the site and take in all the fruit collections.

“Worth a visit”
Reviewed August 5, 2012

This is a lovely part of old Kent but only 5 minutes from M2 Faversham. Surrounded by orchards. A lovely old fashioned market place. Most wonderful Butcher's. Meat all laid out beautifully and local. Reasonably priced considering it is all fresh and not frozen. The cafe is also very good and do not scrimp on the portions. There is a lovely gift shop and florist and a fruit and veg shop and beautiful deli. Also a small nursery obviously selling fruit trees. They have special event weekends through the year which is worth visiting, but we go just for nostalgia instead of the supermarket.

There are hundreds of different fruit trees maily apples an pears and you can try them as you walk around obviously dependant on the time of year. they have special weekends such as cherry tasting too. There is a little minature railway to take you up and down throug the orchards.

“Taste & buy”
Reviewed July 4, 2012

I went to taste apples & order trees, which was really easy, & I collected them later that year. No question about fruit unanswered, and some remarkable plants.
