“Fantastic little gem”
Reviewed December 9, 2013 for a stay in December 2013

Me and my partner stayed here for two nights and it was absolutely amazing. Little saxby's is located on private grounds so it is perfect for a quiet peaceful getaway.
Louise was so friendly and welcoming and assisted us all the way. The apartment is modern and very cosy. Cowden was such a lovely area and with the brochures Louise provided in the apartment Tunbridge Wells is definitely worth checking.
The welcome pack was a lovely gesture and we could not have asked for anything better. The pictures do not do this beautiful apartment justice as it was so much more.
Really looking forward to visiting again. Home away from home. Thanks Louise

“Great Place”
Reviewed October 28, 2013 for a stay in October 2013

I have just spent the weekend at little Saxbys, and had a wonderful time.
We were welcomed by the friendly owners, and were made to feel at home.
This cottage flat is ideal for holidays, or short breaks away from routine live.
It is very well decorated and has all the amenities necessary.
When we went out, we found that there’s a lot to do and see within a short distance.
Kent is a great part of the country, with beautiful villages, great scenery, and historic landmarks to visit.
I received my deposit back the day after we left by Bank transfer.
Thanks Louise. Looking forward to coming back.

“Home away from home”
Reviewed October 16, 2013 for a stay in August 2013

A wonderful home away from home. Little Saxby is well appointed, clean and has all the facilities for a self catered holiday. Louise is a friendly accommodating host and we had a wonderful stay. The road is a bit noisy during the day, but it eased at night and didn't interrupt sleep.

Thanks Louise we had a great time.

“Comfortable Apartment”
Reviewed October 3, 2013 for a stay in September 2013

In the last 25 Years, we were six times in the UK for holiday. Little Saxbys was one of the best accommodations we had in the UK. It is a bright, spacious, clean and tastefully furnished apartment with own access. Parking is next to the entrance. The living/dining room and bedroom are comfortable, the kitchenette is well equipped and the bath has a very good power shower. We appreciate the free WiFi.
The hosts are nice and friendly. They gave us a very warm welcome.
Little Saxbys is an ideal location to explore this part of southeast England. Five days were not enough to see all the attractions. When we will visit the rest of it sometimes, we will stay at Little Saxbys again.
We did not get back brakeage deposit in cash, but by a very prompt bank transfer.

“Comfortable stay”
Reviewed September 20, 2013 for a stay in August 2013

We absolutely loved our stay at the Little Saxbys Apartment. It's easy access. It has tasteful decorations and the place smells good. The bed was very comfortable after a long day on the road.

Louise's friendly and helpful. She came to show us how to operate the heater even at very late hours. The refund of deposit was quick.

I would not hesitate to recommend the place to my friends.

“Brief but lovely encounter”
Reviewed September 16, 2013 for a stay in September 2013

Something of a flying visit for us – we had a one night-stay to attend local wedding – but would love to have spent longer at Little Saxbys.
We stayed on a B&B basis – enjoying the breakfast hamper provided by Louise.
This family of four with two under fours fitted snugly. Having a private apartment meant we didn't bother anyone when youngest woke with teething at 4am, a blessing for all concerned.
Louise gave us a very warm welcome, considering we were late both arriving and leaving, and the apartment is very private.
There's also a great 20-minute walk from Little Saxbys to Cowden across the fields, which brings you out next to the Fountain pub. Helped clear a sore head after a fine wedding.
One downside: they don't include the ace vintage cars kept in the downstairs garage as part of the rental agreement! Can't have everything I guess.

We stayed in the 1st night after a day traveling and seeing Bodiam Castle very relaxing with M&S dine in for two meal. A home from home Free Sat tv and a lovely complimentary bottle of wine from Louise
Highlights ,Hever Castle ,Ightham Mote and Scotney castle. Great pub food at the Greyhound Hever.
Made a refreshing change from B&B and would definitely now be looking to do this again.
