We stayed there when our son had orientation at Denison University, and then again when we dropped him off at the beginning of the school year. Our son needed to stay with us the first night before move-in day, and Andrew graciously set up an aerobed on the floor for him in our large room. We loved the room decor, large bathroom, and additional lounging spaces downstairs as well as the delicious breakfasts. It was fun and enjoyable to look out the window of our bathroom to see the llamas, alpacas and other animals roaming in the field behind the house! While we missed the wine/cheese in the afternoon, Don and Andrew were kind enough to leave wine and glasses out for us when we returned later in the evening. We had friends staying there also, so we enjoyed relaxing for a bit with them upon our return. We look forward to staying there again when we visit our son in Granville!

My husband and I went to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary and had a great, relaxing time. The grounds were gorgeous and the breakfasts and baked goods were phenomenal! We've already booked our next stay.

My son and I spent the night before Freshman move-in day at nearby Denison University and we stayed in the large Whitman room with attached bathroom. The farm/zoo out back is great. The llama ran after us in a protective way that might have scared little kids but we were cool with it. The baby goats were cute and my daughter would have loved all of the bunnies. Breakfast was quite hearty and the award-winning carrot cake jam was delicious. Wish I had thought to buy some to take home. My only other regret is that none of the rooms have separate beds but owners did offer to let us use an inflatable bed for an upcharge if it had turned out that a third person was staying with us.

Room Tip: Whitman room is the only one with an attached bathroom

The rooms are spacious, the common areas are wonderful, and Andrew took wonderful care of us. Our little terrier loved running out back with the resident dogs, and had his first encounter with a llama. The guys have just put together a marvelous place. I especially recommend the box lunch that was put together for us on our trip home!

The place is beautiful, the guys are very friendly and it felt like we were just staying with a relative! The animals are precious! We absolutely loved the B&B and are planning a second trip before the end of the year!
